Blunt abdominal trauma of abdominal wall may result in occult internal organ injury or hemoperitoneum. Liver and spleen are often affected; however retroperitoneal injuries are not obvious and easily overlooked, especially in kidney lacerations. If we are not alert, patient may be delayed and deteriorated quickly.
