Aortic Dissection in a Young Individual with Marfan Syndrome: A Case Report

Aortic dissection most commonly occurs in hypertensive patients during their fifth and sixth decade. It is uncommon in individuals aged below 40 years and is rare in individuals aged below 20 years. Here we reported a 20-year-old man with Marfan syndrome who was diagnosed with aortic dissection Stanford type A by computer tomogram after initial presentation with sudden back pain.
