賦權型性教育:理論、內容與方法初探

Empowerment Sexuality Education: Theory, Curriculum and Methods

摘要


國際社會的性教育流派,被分為純潔型性教育(守貞教育)、綜合型性教育(安全教育)、整合型性教育(歐洲型性教育)三類。筆者結合多年性教育的理論研究與實踐經驗,提出「賦權型性教育」的概念。賦權型性教育的目的是賦予受教育者自主選擇負責任行為的能力,以及對行為後果承擔責任的能力。本文分別從理論、內容與方法三個角度闡述賦權型性教育的主張:賦權型性教育的理論基礎是性人權理論,本文論述了性人權理論對賦權型性教育的指導意義;落實賦權型性教育目標需要對性教育的內容進行全面的變革,本文提出了賦權型性教育的內容框架;賦權型性教育主張教學方法同樣應該是賦權的,本文借鑒女權主義教育學理論提出賦權型性教育的教學方法論述。

Sexuality education programmes in western countries have been generally categorized into three types: abstinence-only sexuality education, comprehensive sexuality education and (European) holistic sexuality education. Based on years of research and practice, author introduces a new concept: empowerment sexuality education. Empowerment sexuality education aims to equip educates with the ability to take responsibility for their action and the consequences. This paper introduces empowerment sexuality education from three perspectives: theory, curriculum and methods. Sexual human rights theory underline the theoretical basis of empowerment sexuality education and its implications are explored in this paper. Implementation of empowerment sexuality education requires reform of sexuality education curricula, and according suggestions are made by the author. Finally, based on feminist education theories, the author discusses empowerment in teaching methods as a key component to empowerment sexuality education.
