走過四十年，性態度重建模式之回顧與探討
A Literature Review of Sexual Attitude Restructuring over the Past 40 Years
摘要
「性態度重建模式」（sexual attitude restructuring）或「性態度重再評估模式」（sexual attitude reassessment），簡稱SAR，是一個廣泛仰賴性露骨（sexually explicit）媒體等多重方法（電影、幻燈、實際演示、當事人宣講、小組活動等）的訓練模式。自1970年代以來，已被逐漸證實其效益，並廣泛被教育界、醫學臨床使用。它幫助人們理解自身的性行為和他人的性行為，訓練性學專家和其他專業人士認識性的多樣性和幫助他們減低對性的敏感與排斥，進而重建正向的性態度。本文透過近四十年發表之文獻，共23篇符合SAR發展以來的實施、研究狀況，及14筆國內舉辦SAR課程、工作坊活動內容，來回顧「性態度重建模式」之內容與實施成效。本文於文獻歸納後，總結並討論SAR研究之三大議題：一般性內容與程序、實施成效評估與性露骨媒材運用，並從這三方面進行其不同層面的探討。期此文獻回顧之結果可作為未來台灣本土性教育運用及性學領域專業訓練之參考。

Sexual Attitude Restructuring or Sexual Attitude Reassessment (SAR) is a training model widely relied on sexually explicit audiovisual materials -- films, slides, practical demonstration, lectures and group discussion, etc. Since the 1970s, SAR has gradually proven to be an effective sexuality education/ training methodology to reassess participants’ own attitudes about various aspects of sexuality by promoting an increased understanding of their sexuality, offering knowledge of sexual diversity, and desensitizing and resensitizing them toward sexual activities and subjects. This article focuses on surveying Sexual Attitude Restructuring (SAR) through a literature review of 23 articles and 14 SAR workshops held in Taiwan from the past 40 years in order to investigate the implementation and application of SAR in this period. The results point and are discussed three main research themes: content and procedure of SAR, efficiency evaluations of SAR and applications of sexually explicit materials. It is hoped that this literature review could be useful as a reference for local sexuality education, professional training and related studies in Taiwan in the future.
