本研究目的在探討女大學生矛盾性別偏見體驗的測量模式與概況、矛盾性別偏見體驗與心理幸福感之間的關聯,以及正向情緒調適在矛盾性別偏見體驗與心理幸福感之間的調節作用。抽取384名高雄地區女大學生,接受矛盾性別偏見體驗、正向情緒調適與心理幸福感等量表的施測。蒐集所得資料透過驗證性因素分析、t考驗、結構方程模式分析。統計分析結果顯示:(1)女大學生矛盾性別偏見體驗的測量模式包含敵意與善意性別偏見體驗;(2)女大學生矛盾性別偏見體驗單題平均數得分高於中位數;(3)矛盾性別偏見體驗與心理幸福感之間有顯著負向的關聯;(4)正向情緒調適在矛盾性別偏見體驗與心理幸福感之間發揮顯著的調節作用。根據研究發現,針對如何降低女大學生矛盾性別偏見體驗負向影響心理幸福感進行討論與建議,同時也對未來研究提出建議。
The main purposes of this study were to explore female university students' ambivalent sexism experience measurement model, female university students' ambivalent sexism experience, the relationship between female university students' ambivalent sexism experience and psychological well-being, and moderating effect of positive emotion regulation. A sample of 384 female university students from Kaohsiung completed self-report measures of ambivalent sexism experience, psychological well-being, and positive emotion regulation. The obtained data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis, t-test, and structural equation modeling. Statistical analysis yielded the following results. (1) The fit of hostile sexism and benevolent sexism experience measurement model was acceptable. (2) Female university students' ambivalent sexism experience was higher than median. (3) There was significantly negative correlation between female university students' ambivalent sexism experience and psychological well-being. (4) The moderating effect of positive emotion regulation on the relationship between female university students' ambivalent sexism experience and psychological well-being was significant. Based on these results, implication for female university students to reduce the effect of ambivalent sexism experience on psychological well-being was discussed, and suggestion for future research was proposed.
