隨經濟發展與人民生活水準提高,台灣的城市生活已從物質轉為健康與友善的追求,特別在人口快速老化,世界各國決策者正視高齡者的相關服務及環境之際。World Health Organization(WHO)相繼提出健康城市及高齡友善城市等相關概念,台灣則於2003與2010年導入此兩項政策。為理解台灣推動此兩個國際政策的意涵與價值,本研究擬以文獻探討與資料分析等方法,說明推動過程之背景、歷程、各城市推動現況,並檢視各城市推動健康/高齡友善城市的評量系統,期能掌握未來城市政策理念發展,同時提供推動相關政策之參考,以確保城市發展方向與提升城市發展之績效。
With the development of economy and living standard improving, urban life is changes from material to the pursuit of health and friendly. Policy-makers are increasingly aware of the important of providing age-friendly services to older people. World Health Organization (WHO) has been proposed healthy cities and age-friendly cities, and we are starting to execute these two policies in 2003 and 2010. To understand these two policies, this study used literature review and data analysis, which contributes to the process of the background, history, current situation of the cities. And this study tries to review different assessment system for different region. It will be helpful for the development of urban policy concept in the future, and make sure the direction of urban development and enhance the performance of urban development.
