北港溪流域地質查核與詮釋

Field Verification and Interpretation of Geological Date for Beigang River

摘要


本研究以北港溪流域為標的,進行現地地質、地質災害及河道現況查核,紀錄地質露頭的調查與描述並建立河床照片,透過查核及相關文獻圖資,初步掌握各流域發展之地質因素,更依據近期之地質構造運動及地質情況對水系及地形發育之控制作簡要之探討,以瞭解各河段之下切及側蝕營力狀況。本次查核共建置23筆地質露頭點、6筆地質災害及14筆河道現況資料,由地質詮釋結果顯示,受南北走向的由東往西逆衝斷層影響,中上游局部地區有河床坡度較陡,河流有下切侵蝕問題,顯示近期的地殼活動有使靠近九芎坑斷層的河段呈現侵蝕下切復活的現象,同時,斷層的作用及石牛溪與大湖口上游鬆軟礫石地層,亦間接造成土砂的生產來源。下游段則受河道曲流、跨河構造物等影響,需注意側蝕及流路變遷之發育情形。

In the past, when engaged in planning for water conservancy project, often ignored the geological factors. Field verification and geologic interpretation were carried out for the Beigang River Basin in this paper. After field verification, confirmed data and photographs at 23 sites of rock outcrop and geologic structures, 6 sites of geo-hazards, and 14 sites of riverbed situations. Compiled enough geologic interpretation to provide a reference for the planning and management of the river.
