阿公店水庫集水區土砂來源分析與對策

摘要


阿公店水庫自民國95年更新改善完成操作迄今,每年約有20萬立方公尺之淤積,但在107年0823豪雨間,極端雨量仍導致近80萬立方公尺土砂進入庫區。因阿公店水庫集水區多屬山坡地範圍,水土保持局臺南分局即展開針對阿公店水庫進行治理規劃之評估,在水庫集水區之管理,掌握水庫當前之土砂來源為首要之工作,本研究以阿公店水庫集水區為研究對象,透過集水區裸露地變遷、入庫流量、泥砂量觀測、坡面土壤流失量量測等資料,建立土砂來源評估方式,除量化阿公店水庫集水區土砂來源之分析方法,並依水庫泥砂來源特性提出對策,提供集水區管理之參考。

Agongdian Reservoir was renewed and improved in 2006 that the siltation amount has been largely decreased to 0.2 million cubic meter yearly. However, during 0823 torrential rain in 2018, nearly 0.8 million cubic meters of sediment flowed into the reservoir due to the extreme rainfall. Most of the catchment area of Agongdian Reservoir is slopeland which is in charge of Tainan Branch, Soil and Water Conservation Bureau. After the event, countermeasure planning and evaluation were carried out especially focusing on the sources of sediment. By measuring and analyzing the data of bare land variation, inflow amount, sediment amount, and slopeland soil loss amount in catchment area of Agongdian Reservoir, current method for sediment sources estimation was reviewed. According to the analysis, countermeasures were proposed for future management in this research.
