摘要

本文說明聯盟風險管理服務之趨勢，闡述聯盟風險管理之概念，界定保全意涵八要件並歸納保全產業十大特性，說明保全業在ASIR之重要地位，另說明保全業運用ASIR在住宅防火保全之運用時機及預期效益，提出居家保全系統搭配聯盟風險管理之方法並剖析臺灣保全業與財產保險業之優勢與挑戰，建立聯盟風險管理之合作架構，就ASIR成本效益評估業者之財務效益，建議業界站在消費者立場，一起推展聯盟風險管理之概念，建立ASIR之聯盟服務，並思考提供家庭住宅防火保全新商品服務，「買保全送保險」一次購足之消費選擇。
