台灣中部梨山土地利用變遷之研究

摘要

台灣中部大甲溪上游的梨山地區，過去以超限利用著稱。經過九二一地震後，中橫公路中斷，交通受阻，許多蔬、果的產銷受阻，本文主要檢視這個地區的土地利用特徵，並瞭解地震對本地區土地利用的影響。研究主要利用2001年與2004年的航空照片判讀，輔以野外調查，並針對個案地區，瞭解土地利用變遷的方式。研究重點主要針對政府部門的高山農業區、原住民的耕作區、開闢道路對土地利用方式的影響。由不同時期的土地利用變遷，瞭解梨山地區可能的發展方向與超限利用，可能導致全區的災害的形式。研究結果顯示大甲溪上游梨山地區仍有多處的土地利用由林地轉爲耕作地。這些土地利用的變遷，必須加以監測。以瞭解是否超限利用、非法利用，以及是否引發另外的崩塌等災害。

This study is mainly focus on the land use change of Tachia River upper catchment area. Since 1960's the Tachia River upper catchment area is famous for agricultural land use where is supposed only suitable for forestry land use. As the traffic was blocked between Techi and Kukuan since the Chi-Chi earthquake in 1999, the land use pattern had changed. This study by using aerial photo and satellite image interpretation and field study is trying to identify the area with obvious change and check the influence of such land use change.The results show that there many sites with obviously change and the illegal land use areas are also expanding even the traffic was blocked for 11years. These sites need more attention for the natural hazard prevention.
