布袋戲偶數位化之應用研究

摘要


台中「春秋閣掌中劇團」施炎郎先生本身收藏多尊古老的布袋戲偶,希望分享與推廣布袋戲之美,但又要顧及收藏與保全條件;本文著眼此點,提出利用網際網路上的互動平台,來進行其提供收藏之經典布袋戲偶頭部的三維數位化應用研究,以達到展示、典藏與重現古老的雕刻技藝的目標。布袋戲偶三維數位化較一般數位典藏困難的地方,在於無法逆向掃描其毛髮構成。因此本文將戲偶頭部分解為可掃描的木雕部份與不可掃描的毛髮部份,藉由逆向工程將可掃描的木雕部份轉換為虛擬三維模型;再配合數位雕塑軟體修補不可掃描的毛髮部份。並利用XML檔案整合被拆解的幾何屬性資訊,提供網路三維展示平台上呈現即時互動虛擬布袋戲偶的數位化成果,以驗證不可逆向掃描物件立體數位化的可行性。

This article will decompose puppet head to the wood carving part that can be scanned and the hair part that can not be scanned. By way of reverse engineering will scan the wood carving puppet head, and conversion to a virtual three-dimensional model; We use the digital sculpting software to repair the unable-scanning part of the hair.We use XML files to integrate information that we decomposed the geometric properties, and construct a 3D display platform for showing digitization virtual puppet, to verify the feasibility of three-dimensional digitization of puppet that it can not be reverse scanned.
