摘要


In recent years, the number of applicants in the field of national examinations of tour guide or tour leader (TGL) are surged. However, the actual number of practitioners is limited. No matter what the recreational quality is the core of the travel industries, good personality trait of TGL for travel agency are required. In this research, firstly, the methods of secondary data analysis and semi-structural interview are applied to code the key words of personality traits which authorized by Atlas.ti software of ground theory. Secondly, the personality traits of TGL could be analyzed by ISM, AHP and LGRA. As a result, the most important personality trait of TGL is external personality trait. The results of evaluated criteria and personality traits could be referenced by whom wants to apply for the TGL. Such as the travel agency could apply the criteria as the selection of talent when hired the tour leader, or the Ministry of Examination as a norm when examine and select, and the college students as a referenced when plan the future career.
