摘要

本文研究目的旨在探現今大學生之休閒運動態度。本研究以南榮技術學院學生爲抽樣調查對象，包含電子、電機、資工、營建、機械、資管、企管、管資、財金、餐管、設計、應日、應英與觀光等十四個系，與工程科技研究所。正式問卷期間爲2009年5月18日至2009年5月29日爲止，共計10天（扣除星期六日）。發放方式爲採用隨機抽樣，發放校內從事體育活動之本校學生。本研究共發出380份，回收366份，回收率96.32%。其中有效問卷337份，有效率92.08%。本研究結果發現：不同性別的學生，在休閒連動態度量表上以「自我發展」、「時間應用」及「運動技能」構面達顯著差異；在就讀年級不同的學生，以「自我發展」及「放鬆層面」達顯著差異；在有無休閒運動習慣的學生達顯著差異；在每週休閒運動次數不同的學生，在休閒運動態度量表上達顯著差異；在每月休閒運動花費不同的學生，在休閒運動態度量表上達顯著差異。本研究最後依據研究結果提出相關建議。

The purpose of this study explore the attitude of current college students of recreational sports. In this study the Nan Jeon Institute of Technology students as a sample survey, including electronics, electrical engineering, capital engineering, construction, machinery, and information management, business administration, management-owned, finance, meal management, design, should be Japan, United Kingdom and tourism, and so on should be 14 departments, and Engineering, Institute of Technology. During the formal questionnaire for the May 18, 2009 to May 29, 2009 date, a total of 10 days (excluding Saturday, days). Paid out for the introduction of random sampling, distribution of their own students in schools in sports. This study issued a total of 380 copies, 366 were recovered, recovery of 96.32%. Of which 337 valid questionnaires, efficiency 92.08%.
The results of this study found that: different gender of the students in recreational sport on the Attitude Scale in order to ”self-development”, ”time use” and ”motor skills” dimensions are significant differences; in studying the different grades of students in order to ”self-development” and ”relaxation level” are significant differences; in recreational exercise habits of students whether significant differences; in a week the number of different recreational sports students in recreational sports are significant differences on the attitude scale; in the monthly cost of different recreational sports for students In the recreational sports are significant differences on the attitude scale. The final result of this study was based on relevant recommendations.
