運動課程對曾文社區大學學員運動參與行爲和健康信念影響之研究

The Research of the Influence of Intervention of Exercise Lecture to Exercise Participating Behavior and Health Belief of Tseng Wen District Community College

摘要


本研究旨在探討運動課程對曾文社區大學學員之連動參與行爲及健康信念的影響。以台南縣曾文社區大學九十七學年度第二學期所開設之運動課程類別(有運動課程)與其他課程類別(無運動課程)的學員爲研究對象,本研究採有運動課程及無運動課程的設計,以健康信念自陳量表爲研究工具;並對有運動課程的學員進行爲期十六週的運動課程,無運動課程介入同一時段則無任何運動課程。以有運動課程與其他課程類別(無運動課程)爲自變項,有無運動參與行爲和健康信念模式問卷各構面(自覺運動障礙、自覺罹患疾病的可能性、行動線索、自覺運動利益)爲依變項,採敘述性統計分析樣本基本資料,採Cronbach's α係數來衡量自覺運動障礙、自覺罹患疾病可能性、行動線索與其自覺運動利益和平均每週每次運動參與行爲各細項之間的內部一致性。五項衡量構面的α值皆>0.7,因此本問卷其有良好的信度,採獨立樣本T檢定與變異數分析(ONE-WAYANOVA)加以考驗;並採用皮爾森相關分析運動參與行爲與健康信念的相關性本研究水準訂爲α=0.05。本研究所獲得的結論爲: 一、運動課程對研究對象的連動參與行爲人數有顯著的成長。 二、運動課程,有運動課程介入的自覺罹患疾病的可能性、自覺運動利益優於無運動課程介入;但其有運動課程介入的自覺運動障礙與行動線索少於無運動課程,代表運動課程能有效的提升研究對象的健康信念。

The purpose of this research is to discuss how intervention of exercise lecture can influence the Exercise Participating Behavior and Health Belief of Tseng Wen District Community College students. The participants of this research were selected from the second semester of calendar year 2009 who learned in Tseng Wen District Community College, located at Tainan County. By purposive sampling, a total of 611 students (intervention of exercise lecture have 196 students and no intervention of exercise lecture have 415 students) joined this research. This research was designed by taking the intervention of exercise lecture and no intervention of exercise lecture by using self-compiled Health Belief Measurement Chart with 16 weeks. The independent variable was Tseng Wen District Community College students. The dependent variables were assigned to whether or not Exercise Participating Behavior was observed and different compilation (Barriers to Take Action, Perceived Susceptibility, Cues to Action, and Perceived Benefits of Action) of The Relationship Between Health Belief Model (HBM) questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by One-way ANOYA, T test and Pearson's test. This study significant level were α=0.05. The following conclusions were determined from the research: 1. The intervention of exercise lecture significantly increases the total number of individuals who has Exercise Participating Behavior. 2. The Perceived Susceptibility, Perceived Benefits of Action of intervention of exercise lecture betters the no intervention of exercise lecture. Hower, Barriers to Take Action, Cues to Action no intervention of exercise lecture betters the intervention of exercise lecture. Thus, the intervention of exercise lecture can efficiently increase the Health Belief of the research participants.
