近幾年來,護理人員工作上情緒勞務的影響成為醫院人力資源很大的困擾,為此本研究以護理人員的情緒勞務為研究主題,探討其工作滿意與自我監控力是否會直接影響護理人員工作上的情緒勞務。本研究採用非隨機抽樣方式,選定北部一間醫院的護理人員做為研究對象。本研究共發出160份問卷,實際回收150份,回收率為93.75%。採用SPSS 12版本做為樣本分析工具,以積差相關分析、單因子變異系數分析以及迴歸分析來做研究。研究結果顯示,護理人員自我監控力的高低會影響其情緒勞務的發展;此外,護理人員工作滿意度的高低會影響其情緒勞務,且護理人員自我監控力的高低會影響工作滿意度。
Recently, the emotional labor of nursing personnel has become a big problem to the department of human resources management in medical organization. The purpose of this study is to explore how the relationship between self-monitoring and job satisfaction affects emotional labor to nursing personnel in a hospital. The non-random sampling is involved and one hospital, located in Taipei, is selected to be analyzed. There are 160 questionnaires to be distributed and the return rate is 93.75%. The study adopts SPSS 12 and the methodologies of the correlation, the T-test, one-way ANOVA and the Regression analysis are used to analyze our findings. The results show that self-monitoring of the nurses can affect emotional labor. At the same time, the level of job satisfaction for nursing personnel is related to their emotional labor.
