休閒運動參與者的休閒參與動機以及休閒涉入：以性別與休閒運動類型為探索變項

A Study on Gender Effects and the Difference of Participants' Leisure Motivation and Involvement between Two Types of Leisure Activity: "Outdoor Recreation Activities" and "Ballgames"

摘要

探討性別與休閒運動類型對於休閒參與動機與休閒涉入之影響，以312位戶外遊憩以及球類活動休閒運動參與者為研究對象，使用多變量變異數分析考驗研究變項之間的關係。研究結果發現休閒運動參與者的休閒涉入會隨著性別與休閒運動類型的不同而有差異；然而，性別與休閒運動類型在休閒參與動機上的差異未達到顯著水準。除此之外，性別與休閒運動類型的交互作用也未達到顯著水準。因此根據研究結果，本研究發現休閒涉入概念對於瞭解休閒參與行為之重要性，同時建議未來研究宜考量背景變項的影響、重視運動類型的不同以及性別效應在休閒參與之內在心理歷程所扮演的角色。

This study aims to explore the relationships of participants' gender and leisure type with their leisure motivation and leisure involvement. Sample: 312 leisure participants; Analysis: multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). The effects of leisure participants' gender and leisure type on their leisure involvement were significant. However, these effects were not significant on their leisure motivation. Furthermore, the interaction effects of participants' gender and leisure type on their leisure motivation and leisure involvement were not significant. This study highlights the importance of participants' leisure involvement for their leisure behavior. Also, it has been suggested that researchers should give attention to the study of demographic effects, as well as the role that they play in the leisure participants' psychological process.
