台南市國小教師綠色休閒參與和態度之研究

A Study on the Green Leisure Participation and Their Attitude for Tainan City Elementary School Teachers

摘要


本研究主要目的在瞭解台南市國民小學教師「綠色休閒參與」和「綠色休閒態度」的現況、差異與關係。本研究以「國小教師綠色休閒參與、綠色休閒態度問卷」為研究工具,其內容包括基本資料、綠色休閒參與量表、綠色休閒態度量表三個部分。調查以台南市公立國民小學教師為研究對象,總計發出500份問卷,回收414份,有效問卷為399份,有效問卷回收率為79.8%。回收資料以統計套裝軟體SPSS 18.0中文版執行,採用描述性統計、T考驗、單因子變異數及Scheffe事後比較、皮爾森相關積差等統計分析後獲得以下結果:(一)臺南市國民小學教師「綠色休閒參與」現況偏向中低程度;「綠色休閒態度」現況屬於中上程度。(二)不同年齡、學歷、服務年資、擔任職務之臺南市國小教師在綠色休閒參與上沒有差異,在「性別」與「研習時數」上有部分達顯著差異。(三)不同學歷之臺南市國小教師在綠色休閒參與上沒有差異,在「性別」、「年齡」、「年資」、「職務」、「研習時數」上有部分達顯著差異。(四)臺南市國小教師「綠色休閒參與」和「綠色休閒認知」之間無顯著相關;「綠色休閒參與」和「綠色休閒情感」、「綠色休閒行為」之間有顯著正相關;最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供教育行政機關、學校及未來研究之參考。

The purposes of this study were to investigate the "green leisure participation" and "green leisure attitude" of Tainan municipal elementary school teachers as well as the difference and relationship between the two topics. A "questionnaire on the green leisure participation and attitude of elementary school teachers" was utilized as a research tool, which consists of three parts: subject's information, green leisure participation scale and green leisure attitude scale. Targeting at teachers from Tainan municipal elementary schools, this study distributed 500 copies of the questionnaires. Among them, 414 copies were retrieved and 399 were found effective with recovery rate of 79.8. The collecting data were analyzed with statistics software SPSS 18.0, adopting descriptive statistic analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation, etc. Several conclusions have been drawn as follows: (1) Tainan municipal elementary school teachers currently have low-intermediate involvement in green leisure, while they hold a high- intermediate positive attitude towards green leisure. (2) The subjects show no significant difference in the green leisure participation with regard to their ages, education background, working years and working positions, whereas subjects with different gender or seminar hours of the attendance show partially significant difference. (3) The overall attitude toward the green leisure has no difference with different education background, but their attitude varies significantly with regard to their gender, age, working years and working positions, and seminar hours.(4) While there is no significant correlation between green leisure participation and green leisure recognition, the correlation among green leisure participation, green leisure feelings and green leisure behavior is significant. Based of the above findings, recommendations were offered for reference of education administration authority, academic organizations or schools, and further research.
