探討基隆廟口觀光夜市發源之特色

「基隆廟口」自建立以來，已有百年的歷史，早期奠濟宮為當地的信仰中心，攤販因此聚集，並在政府多次的規劃與店家同心協力之下，如今才有美味及友善的基隆廟口夜市，並透過了解其歷史、文化與特色，更能加深對此地的印象！本研究將採質性研究，利用判斷抽樣訪問3個專家及4個商家，共七位，進行探討其歷史發跡、地方文化、觀光發展、特色美食之深度訪談，將蒐集的資料進行分析及歸納結論。本研究結果發現：（一）奠濟宮落成後，漸漸有了節慶活動來吸引人潮，帶來了商機，從流動攤販到現在統一管理的固定攤位，建了牌樓、店家的門牌，奠定了衛生的基礎，演變成如今的基隆廟口夜市。（二）基隆廟口有著傳統的特色文化，每年農曆2月15日開漳聖王的誕辰，會有祭典、繞境的活動，得意堂的弟子也會演奏北管戲曲，使活動更加熱鬧。（三）基隆廟口夜市著名的傳統小吃、美食文化，擁有種類多樣、攤位集中、二十四小時營業的特色，也保存最傳統的烹調作法。（四）基隆廟口夜市為基隆帶來了經濟與人潮，雖然對經濟的影響有限，但大多數來基隆旅遊的人都會來逛基隆廟口，基隆市政府也認為基隆廟口夜市很值得保存，也曾在網路票選也得到最友善、最美味夜市的獎項。

It has been more than 100 years since the「Keelung Temple」been built, it attracted plenty of people, so many vendors came. After few years planned by the government and local business, now the「Keelung Night Market」becomes a popular place where all the delicious food at. Our results used the Judgmental Sampling of Qualitative Research Method, we chose 3 experts and 4 shops to interview to learn it history, culture, tourism and special dishes, then organize and summarize our data and generalize a conclusion. Our results find out: 1. After Dianji Temple been built, there became more and more celebration and it pack in peoples and business opportunity. 2. Keelung Temple has a traditional culture, every February15 of lunar calendar on Kaizhang Shengwang's birthday, there're holding a festival. 3. Keelung Night Market has many kinds of traditional dishes and it culture. 4. Keelung Night Market brings economic and attracts lots of tourists for Keelung, and Keelung Night Market has won the most friendly and most delicious prize in 2010.
