飛魚季與拼板舟之原民文化慶典的觀光旅遊對蘭嶼人之影響

摘要
蘭嶼，豐富的原住民文化與美景，現今已成為文化觀光旅遊的景點。然而，蘭嶼觀光發展之後，卻面臨觀光帶來的衝擊與文化禁忌的衝突。達悟族人的食物主要來源都源自海洋，他們依靠流傳下來的拼板舟出海捕魚，其中，飛魚是達悟族人重要的海洋資源、文化飲食以及彼此流通互惠的蘭嶼原住民的社會禮物。再者，拼板舟與飛魚季是達悟族人相當重要的文化資產和傳統。對達悟族人而言，七月份的飛魚季是非常重要的，也存在許多禁忌，但因國內外觀光客對於達悟傳統文化的不熟悉，到蘭嶼觀光時常會冒犯到達晤族人的禁忌言語行為，而引起爭執的事件層出不窮。本研究希望提升到蘭嶼觀光的國內外觀光客對蘭嶼拼板舟與飛魚季慶典的歷史文化，扮演哪些重要角色，以及拼板舟其中所隱含的價值及意義，對當地可以更加熟悉與了解，且與予尊重。本研究以文獻回顧拼板舟在達悟族文化的歷史與訪談進行資料蒐集與分析。研究結果發現，達悟族人的文化禁忌已逐漸被時間所淡化，觀光客慕名而來觀光，但因知識背景不足而觸犯到達悟族人的禁忌，給達悟族人帶來相當的困擾與衝擊。瞭解觀光發展對蘭嶼拼板舟與飛魚季文化慶典造成的禁忌與衝擊。本研究希望政府能保護達悟族人的觀光產業，無論是在當地環境的維護與改善，抑或是達悟族維護的傳統禁忌政策，這樣能提升蘭嶼觀光產業，也能讓觀光客的行動不會有所冒犯與限制而達到平衡。

Lanyu, rich in aboriginal culture and beauty, has become a tourist spot for cultural tourism. However, after the development of Lanyu Tourism, it faced the impact of tourism and the conflict of cultural taboos. The main source of food for the Dawu people comes from the ocean. They rely on the jigsaw boats that have been passed down to go fishing. Among them, the flying fish is an important marine resource, cultural diet for the Dawu people, and the social gift of the indigenous people of Lanyu who circulate mutually . The research results found that the cultural taboos of the Dawu people have gradually faded by time, and tourists come here for sightseeing, but the taboo of reaching the Dawu people is violated due to insufficient knowledge background, which has caused considerable distress and shock to the Dawu people. Learn about the taboos and impacts of tourism development on Lanyu's jigsaw and flying fish season cultural celebrations. This study hopes that the government can protect the tourism industry of the Dawu people, whether it is the maintenance and improvement of the local environment, or the traditional taboo policies maintained by the Dawu people.
