運動企業認證對職工體育發展之探討

《國民體育法》第19條：員工規模達500人以上之企業，應聘請體育專業人員，辦理員工體育休閒活動之設計及輔導，推展員工參與運動之精神。運動企業認證依循此條，將員工規模500人以上界定為「大型企業」，員工未達500人之企業分流為「中小型企業」。為鼓勵中小型企業重視員工運動福利，評分問卷將依企業規模分流為「大型企業問卷」與「中小型企業問卷」，針對規模不同設計專屬問項與計分方式。體育署希冀企業藉由運動相關課程的設置培養員工運動的良好風氣，同時藉由運動增進員工身心理的健全發展，進而提升企業的正面形象。運動企業認證的最大用意，是鼓勵企業推廣支持職工運動及相關之福利，此運動企業認證辦法實施，得到許多企業的支持與響應，運動企業認證將有助鼓舞員工工作士氣、促進身心健康，提升企業形象、提高競爭力。為鼓勵政府與企業協力合作、突顯企業運動參與實質績效，敬邀各界加入推動職場運動的行列，帶領員工投入運動健身和全民運動風潮，運動企業認證的實施目的乃為：（一）鼓勵企業積極推動建立員工規律運動習慣，實現關懷員工之企業社會責任。（二）協同企業力量支持運動產業之發展。（三）彰顯企業之健康人力資源與品牌價值。

According to Article 19 of National Sports Law in Taiwan, enterprise with more than 500 employees should recruit and hire professional athletes to create leisure activities and develop a good workplace sport and exercise atmosphere. Enterprises can be classified as large (with more than 500 employees) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SME, with less than 500 ones).To encourage SME to value the employees movement of welfare, there will be a graded paper for large enterprises and SME depends on the enterprise size and it will given different design exclusive questions and scoring method. The sports Administration wish sport enterprise that by giving course that is involved with sports to staff can cultivate a good atmosphere, also giving staff a better health helping enterprise to obtain a positive image . The most purpose of certification for sport enterprise is to confront enterprises to promote the employee s movement and benefits, the implement of sports enterprises certification have been supported by many enterprises, sport enterprise certification helps to boost employees morale, increase employees health and mental, improve the image of enterprise and increase the competitiveness . To encourage the cooperation between governments and enterprise, highlight the real performance of corporate sports participation, invite all sectors to join the line in promoting workplace sports environment, leading employees to put in efforts in trend of sports fitness and national sports, the purpose of sport enterprise certification is still as below : 1)encourage enterprise to actively promotes sports practice to employees regularly, complete the corporate social responsibility of caring for employees 2)collaborate with the power of enterprise to promotes sports industry 3) highlight the healthy human resources and sports brand.
