建築師執行BIM專案風險因子的研究

IDENTIFYING AND ASSESSING RISK FACTORS FOR ARCHITECTS IN BIM PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

摘要


建築師導入建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)技術可能會產生人力、資源及流程轉換等風險。本研究經由文獻回顧及專家訪談整理出建築師執行BIM 專案五大風險構面及十七項風險因子,並使用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process ,AHP)依全體參與者及執行BIM 專案經驗兩種分析模式評估風險。分析結果顯示,建築師所考量的關鍵風險分別為業主需求、專業BIM 人才多寡、BIM 預算、BIM 契約及事務所轉型成本。其次,建築師事務所導入BIM 過程中,早期偏向市場環境與財務成本的考量,後期則考量契約法律及流程的轉變。

The implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is bound to bring human resource management and process change risk in AEC industry. In this research, we identified five risk aspects and seventeen risk factors for architects to implement BIM. Based on literature review and experts interview, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to analysis risks through two types for all participants and BIM project execution experiences. The research result shows that the key risks for architects are the requirements of the owners, the quality and quantity of BIM-skilled personnel, the budget for BIM execution, risk of BIM contracts and high costs of the technology implementation respectively. Furthermore, in the process of BIM implementation, design firms need to consider the needs of the industry and financial increase at early stage, then weigh the legal risk and process change later.
