整合BIM於Google Earth之座標定位模式

COORDINATE POSITIONING MODEL FOR INTEGRATING GOOGLE EARTH WITH BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING

摘要


Google Earth可用於輔助展示營建工程專案現場,或與地理資訊圖資整合以探討專案周遭之地理概況,近年來,Google Earth上建物呈現方式已由傳統二維(2D)平面發展至三維(3D)模型,然3D模型是否放置於正確位置上,目前多為主觀判斷,而容易產生建物座標與Google Earth座標不一致(亦即定位之誤差)。本研究提出整合建築資訊模型(Building Information Model或BIM)於Google Earth之座標定位模式,首先於Revit中建立BIM 3D建物模型,再轉至Civil 3D中賦予模型正確之座標資訊,最後將模型以KML格式匯入Google Earth,即可將模型呈現於正確之座標位置。本研究透過一堤防工程進行測試,結果顯示所提模式確實可將該工程3D模型準確定位於Google Earth。另本研究亦初步探討整合後之效益,發現BIM模型整合於Google Earth後,可再匯入地理資訊圖面或現場照片於Google Earth,以瞭解建物所在位置之地理概況與周遭環境。

Google Earth is a tool to display construction jobsite or collect and analyze geological data. The development of visualization capability in Google Earth has transitioned from traditional 2D display to 3D model display, but the positioning of the 3D model is still determined subjectively by user which causes errors or deviations. Thus, this study proposes a model to integrate BIM with Google Earth to achieve a more accurate positioning. A BIM model will be constructed and imported into Civil 3D to acquire accurate geological coordinates data. After which, the model will be exported into Google Earth in KML format and the model will be able to be positioned in the accurate coordinates. This study conducts a case study and the results show that the proposed model can indeed position 3D model accurately in Google Earth. Lastly, this study also preliminarily discusses the benefits and advantages of this integration. The results show that after BIM model integrated into Google Earth, additional information such as geological data drawing or pictures of actual site can also be imported, which will enhance geological overview and understanding of surroundings of the building location.
