市售奈米珍珠粉之奈米性檢驗研究

Physical-chemical Characterization of Commercial Nano Pearl Powder Products

摘要


本研究針對市售珍珠粉進行奈米性檢測方法之開發及市售產品調查。結果發現市售10件奈米珍珠粉和5件未標示奈米之珍珠粉,其粒徑、表面電荷及表面積無明顯的差異,兩者粒徑分別為186.3 ± 17.7 nm及198.5 ± 7.4 nm;表面電荷分別為-47.0 ± 11.6 mV和-48.2 ± 2.8 mV;表面積則分別為6.77 ± 2.8 m^2/g和6.88 ± 3.1 m^2/g。經由SEM的觀察,10件市售奈米珍珠粉及5件市售未標示奈米之珍珠粉皆有聚集的現象發生並呈現塊狀、片狀及不規則狀,而其元素組成皆以鈣為最主要元素。另,發現10件奈米珍珠粉平均粒徑皆大於產品標示上之宣稱粒徑大小。本研究已成功針對奈米珍珠粉建立粒徑大小等奈米性量測方法,並以此法進行市售產品分析,供作未來訂定相關法規之重要參考資料。

In this study, the physical-chemical characterization of 10 commercial products labeled nano pearl powder and 5 products not labeled nano pearl powder are investigated. The dynamic light scattering results showed that the average particle size of 15 products ranged from 163 to 208 nm. The zeta potential was from -16 to -57 mV. Aggregated particles were found by scanning electron microscope. Calcium was the primary composition element of nano pearl powder products detected by energy dispersive spectrometer. The surface area was from 0.87 to 11.83 m^2/g. The physical-chemical properties of commercial pearl powder products with or without "nano" labelling were similar. The testing method of physical-chemical characterization of nano pearl powder was successfully developed. The surveillance of commercial products was also conducted.
