化粧品中禁、限用色素成分分析方法之建立

Establishment of Analytical Method for Banned and Restricted Dyes in Cosmetics

摘要


本研究係利用液相層析串聯質譜儀(Liquid Chromatograph/Tandem Mass Spectrometer, LC/MS/MS)建立一簡單、快速的方法,可同時分析50種禁、限用化粧品色素成分;利用正負離子電灑離子化法(ESI),搭配多重反應偵測模式(Multiple reaction monitoring, MRM)偵測,可在15分鐘內完成分析。以唇蜜為空白檢體,於0.02- 500 ppm添加濃度範圍(依檢測品項之感度選定添加濃度),進行三重複之添加回收試驗,其平均回收率為80.0-111.9%,變異係數均小於9.1%。結果證實本研究所建立之LC/MS/MS方法可以快速分析及定量化粧品中禁、限用色素。

A simple and fast method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 50 banned and restricted dyes in cosmetics by using liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The analysis applied electrospray ionization (ESI) with the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode for detection can be done within 15 min. The recoveries were conducted by spiking multiple concentration levels of standards ranged between 0.02 and 500 ppm in lip gloss samples, and were from 80.0% to 111.9%. Intraday and interday precisions (relative standard deviations) were all less than 9.11%. The results validated that the LC-MS/MS method was a fast and quantitative technique for the simultaneous determination of banned and restricted dyes in cosmetics.
