自閉症學生參與適應體育成效之探討

The Effects of Participating in Adaptive Physical Education for Students with Autism

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討自閉症學生參與適應體育的成效,並整理國內近年來體育運動休閒身體活動對於自閉症障礙者的效益,及自閉症學生的適應體育教學方法及策略,提供給實務工作教師在施行適應體育教學的參考,期使能提升自閉症學生參與體育活動的意願,並獲得更多運動的好處。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of participating in adaptive physical education for students with autism. In particular, this study compiled information regarding the benefits of physical education, sport, leisure, and physical activities for students with autism in recent years as well as the prevailing teaching methods and strategies adopted to teach students with autism. Findings will provide valuable information to teachers while engaging in adaptive physical education in an effort to enhance the willingness of autism students to participate in physical education, sport, leisure, and physical activities so as to acquire more benefits of exercise.
