人們與以往的作息型態與今日有很大的不同,現代人的睡眠普遍減少,而睡眠品質也與個人年齡、性別、職業、教育程度以及收入等因素有關。本文的主要目的,是以探討身體適能與睡眠品質的相關影響。其研究結果顯示,運動可以產生良好睡眠改善作用,但是需要持續的身體活動,如此才能看到睡眠改善。此外,也要選擇合適的運動方式和運動量。本文討論中、老年人、婦女、運動員等不同對象,高身體活動量後會有較佳的整體睡眠品質,老年人在從事身體活動後其與睡眠品質有著密切正向關係。身體活動量愈大者,睡眠品質愈佳。
People life style are very different from our ancient times. The amount of sleep in modern humans generally decrease, and sleep quality are related to individual age, gender, occupation, education level, salaries and other factors. The main purpose of this paper is based on the relationship of physical fitness and quality of sleep. Research result shows that physical activities can improve sleep quality, but require to keep exercising, so that we can see the improvement of sleep. In addition, we must select the appropriate mode of exercising and the quantity of motion. In the article, we discuss the elderly, women, athletes and other different objects, high physical activities will improve the quality of sleep. There is an obvious positive relationship between the elderly doing physical activities and quality of sleep. The greater the amount of physical activity were, the better quality of sleep.
