老年人休閒阻礙之探討

摘要

本研究之目的旨在探討老年人休閒阻礙之情形，以臺南地區老年人為研究對象，資料蒐集方式為問卷調查，共計發放問卷400份，回收有效問卷334份，有效問卷回收率為83.5%。回收資料被用以進行多變量變異數分析，結果顯示不同年齡、健康狀況、經濟狀況、退休原因與退休年數受測者在個體內在、結構性與社會性之休閒阻礙程度均有顯著差異。

The purpose of this research is to explore leisure constraint of older adults in Tainan city area as subjects and using survey instruments for data collection, 500 surveys were distributed and 362 valid surveys were returned for a rate of 72.4%. The returned data was analyzed by MANOVA. The results showed that the subjects had significant differences between different age, health status, economic status, reason retirement, years from retirement of demographic variables and intrapersonal constraint, interpersonal constraint, structural constraint of leisure constraint.
