整合性運動訓練對促進銀髮族功能性體適能之成效研究

The Effect of Integrated Exercise Training on Improving the Functional Fitness of Elders

摘要


本研究目的在探討整合性運動訓練對於增進銀髮族功能性體適能,提升日常生活能力之影響。招募50名參加樂齡大學課程之學員作為受試者,執行14週整合性運動訓練,包含團體運動訓練、自主居家運動訓練及健康促進、運動管理教育課程。執行內容有伸展活動、健走、強力瑜珈、有氧舞蹈及登階、彈力帶等肌力訓練,課程前後測量身體測量值及功能性體適能。課程後有效受試者40人,資料以平均數、標準差、獨立樣本T檢定進行統計處理。研究發現實施整合性運動訓練課程後對銀髮族BMI、腰圍、安靜心跳及功能性體適能包含6分鐘快走、6英呎坐姿計時起走、30秒重複起立、開眼單足平衡測試、握力、柔軟度有正向改善。有利於達到銀髮族全人健康及成功老化之目標。

Integrated exercise training not only improves the functional fitness and the ability of managing daily life of elders but also reduce the potential risk of their disability. This study executed fourteen weeks integrated training program which contained of three types program, that is, group exercise training and health improving, sports management education, and the courses of self-training at home. The content of training course included stretch, jogging, yoga, aerobic exercise, and muscle training such as stepping and theraband. BMI (body measure index) and functional fitness of the participants were measured before and after the program. The finding is integrated exercise training significantly improves the elders on weigh, BMI, waistline, and heartbeat in quiet. The result also shows there is a significantly improves on functional fitness: six minute walk test, six meter timed up and go test, 30 second chair sit-to- stand testing, static balance with single foot, strength of grasp, and flexibility.
