運動對憂鬱症影響之探討

The Effects of exercise on depression

摘要


現代社會快速的節奏以及龐大的壓力,使生活其中的大眾不自覺產生許多文明病,憂鬱症正是其中之一。2013年臺灣地區使用抗憂鬱症藥物的人數高達114萬人,且具日漸增加之趨勢,如何改善或延緩其病症已成為重要課題。本文目的在於介紹憂鬱症的形成原因以及影響,並探討不同類型運動對於憂鬱症之影響。

Fast pace and the huge pressure of modern society which produces many diseases of civilization on people unconsciously, depression is one of them. The number of anti-depression drugs up to 114 million people in Taiwan 2013, and trends increasing progressively, how to improve or delay the disease has become an important issue. This study aims to introduce the causes of depression and the impact of, and to explore the effects of different types exercise on depression.
