For instance, a better status of bone density can prevent fractures caused by osteoporosis. The paper mainly discusses the impact of exercise training related to osteoporosis. Regular physical activity can prevent bone loss and even increase bone mineral content, improve bone strength, and as a result prevent osteoporosis. Appropriate exercise can also improve muscle strength and joint flexibility and improve body coordination. Bone mineral density can be related to the form of physical activity conducted. Various sports putting the focus on weight training result in differential impact on bone. the effect on bone mass can be determined as inconsistent. People engaged in more physical activity tend to have a higher bone resistance.
