以運動教育模式的體育課程實踐國民小學健體領域核心素養之論析

The application of Sport Education Model in the core competence oriented Healty and Physical Education curriculum in the elementary schools

摘要


十二年國民基本教育是以學生為學習的主體,核心素養作為課程發展的主軸,健體領綱內涵是依據核心素養進行發展。體育教師關於素養導向體育課程與教學之概念理解程度,能否設計整合運用技術、知識、情意及情境的學習活動,將影響素養導向教學落實的情形。運動教育模式課程的相關研究指出不僅在運動技能、認知、情意等層面能力的提升,而在運動行為的養成更有別於傳統教學。本文以文獻分析方式,將運動教育模式的課程目標、實徵研究結果與核心素養具體內涵進行比較及分析,歸納出國民小學體育課可藉由實施運動教育模式的課程,達到培養學生「身心素質與自我精進」、「系統思考與解決問題」、「規劃執行與創新應變」、「符號運用與溝通表達」、「藝術涵養與美感素養」、「道德實踐與公民意識」、「人際關係與團隊合作」、「多元文化與國際理解」等核心素養,足以說明運動教育模式能夠培養學生身體素養,並符應核心素養的內涵,是素養導向的課程模式,也是實踐素養體育教學可行的體育教學策略。

The curriculum development of 12-year compulsory education is focused on student-centered learning and developing student's core competencies. The Curriculum Guidelines of Health and Physical Education are founded in the same context. Therefore, PE teachers' understandings of competency-oriented curriculum and teaching methods influence how much the concept can carry out since the implementation of the curriculum depends on teachers' instruction that is supposed to integrate the skill, knowledge, and affective domain. Relevant researches on the Sport Education Model have revealed that this teaching method can not only improve students' congnitive, affective and psychomotor domain but also makes the outcome of sport behavior different from the traditional ones. The writer tries to compare and analyze the curriculum objectives which are based on sport education model, the results of the empirical research and the goals of core competencies. After that, the writer summarizes that implementing Sport Education Model in PE classes in elementary schools can cultivate students' core competencies, such as "Physical and Mental Wellness, Self-Advancement", "Logical Thinking and Problem Solving", "Planning, Execution, Innovation and Adaptation", "Semiotics and Expression", "Artistic Appreciation and Aesthetic Literacy", "Moral Phraxis and Citizenship", "Interpersonal Relationships and Teamwork", "Cultural and Global Understanding". The above findings provide enough evidences to explain that Sport Education Model can enhance students' physical competencies. Moreover, the model also conforms to the goals of core competencies. Therefore, we can come to the conclusion that Sport Education Model compliments a competency-oriented curriculum model and is an effective physical education strategy.
