高雄市某私立中學健康與體育領域體育教師教學現況之個案研究

A Case Study of the Current Teaching Situation with Physical Education Teachers in Health and Physical Education in a Kaohsiung Private Middle School

摘要


十二年國民教育已正式開跑,究竟現場教師之反應及實施概況如何,的確有待實際進行了解。本研究目的在探討某私立中學健康與體育領域體育教師教學現況,以及了解十二年國教在私立中學體育教師的作法與想法,以供後續素養教學推動做為參考。本研究採取質性的訪談為方法,基於研究者是校友及現任籃球隊教練;以及私立學校較少被研究,因此採立意取樣,並以個案學校七位體育教師為研究對象,採用編擬的訪談大綱,對每位教師進行約一小時訪談,訪談內容經謄稿、檢核、編碼、分析與討論後,研究所得結果如下:一、現況為:教學實施受限於教學資源、學生學習動機低落、家長態度轉變、教師必須改變教學策略以引起學生學習動機,並與家長持續做溝通。二、個案學校體育教師對於十二年國教的看法為:多數認同其理念,並可藉由共同備課提升專業成長;少數認為換湯不換藥。三、個案學校體育教師做法:多數仍採傳統教學或不為所動;少數嘗試改變現有教學並將素養教學方法引入,期望藉十二年國教帶來教學提升契機。

Twelve years of basic education has officially started, and the actual situation of the teacher responses and implementation has yet to be understood. The purpose of this study is to explore the current status of physical education teachers in health and physical education in private middle school. To understand the practice and ideas of physical education teachers in private middle schools for twelve years of basic education for reference in the promotion of follow-up literacy teaching. This study uses a qualitative interview as the method. Based on the researchers are alumni and current coaches of the basketball team and private schools are less studied, so they chose to sample. The researcher chose seven physical school teachers in the case school as the research object, using the prepared Interview outline, each teacher is interviewed for about one hour. After the interview Content has been transcribed, checked, coded, analyzed and discussed. There are three major results. First, the current situation is: teaching implementation is limited by teaching resources, students' learning motivation is low, and parents' attitudes change. Teachers must change teaching strategies to arouse students' learning motivation and continue to communicate with parents. Second, The opinion of the sports teachers of the case school on the 12-year state education is: Most of the PE teachers views on the twelve-year basic education agree with their ideas, and they can improve their professional growth through joint lesson preparation. A few think that Old wine in new bottle. Third, Case school physical teacher practices is: Most still adopt traditional teaching or are unimpressed; a few try to change the existing teaching and introduce literacy teaching methods, hoping to use the twelve-year state education to bring opportunities for teaching improvement.
