不同體適能狀態大學生之功能性動作檢測評估與改善

Assessment and Improvement of Functional Movement Testing of College Students with Different Fitness Level

摘要


本研究目的為透過健康與塑身課程中之功能性動作檢測,了解不同體適能狀態學生的改善結果。研究對象為選修健康與塑身課程的學生,包含男性43位、女性15位。在學期初進行功能性動作檢測(FMS)前測後,課程輔助功能性運動計劃,於學期中體適能測驗,在學期結束後進行FMS後測,最後將各項體適能成績分群為前、中、後各20%,進行差異與相關分析。研究結果發現,體適能程度的差別與FMS分數呈現部分顯著相關,尤其在身體質量指數BMI上,不同BMI在過頭深蹲、跨欄、直跨步、體軸穩定度及FMS後測總分上,高BMI受測者皆顯著表現較差;不同體適能程度之學生FMS前、後測皆有顯著進步。建議體育教育工作者,可適當使用功能性動作檢測與訓練來提升學生體適能狀態。

The purpose of this research was to understand the improvement results of students with different physical fitness states through functional movement testing in health and body shaping courses. The subjects of the study were students taking elective health and body shaping courses, including 43 men and 15 women. After the functional movement test (FMS) pre-test at the beginning of the semester, the course assists in the functional exercise plan, the physical fitness test in the middle of the semester, and the FMS post-test at the end of the semester. Finally, the various physical fitness scores are grouped into the top The difference and correlation analysis will be carried out with 20% each for, middle and last. The results of the study found that the difference in physical fitness is partially significantly related to the FMS score, especially in the body mass index BMI. Different BMIs were in deep squat, hurdles, straight strides, body axis stability, and total scores after FMS. In the above, high BMI subjects have significantly worse performance; students of different physical fitness levels have made significant improvements before and after FMS. It is recommended that physical education workers use functional motion detection and training to improve the physical fitness of students.
