理解式教學法在大學桌球課程的運用

The Application of Teaching Games for Understanding in Table Tennis Courses in Colleges

摘要


大學桌球課程,除了培養學生的運動技能,更重要的是學生能否充分參與身體的活動,享受運動的過程,體驗學習的樂趣。理解式桌球教學模式,是透過簡單的桌球比賽,讓全體學生都能參與,並且體驗到快樂。還可以從比賽的成敗當中,學習自我人格的塑造,認識團隊精神的重要,促進社會行為的養成。因此,透過教學設計,將技戰術融入比賽當中,讓學生體驗成功的喜悅,感受打桌球的樂趣,進而培養終身運動的習慣。

In table tennis course in colleges, in additon to cultivating students' sport skills, what is more important is whether students can fully participate in physical activities, enjoy the process of exercise and experience the fun of learning. Table Tennis Teaching Game for Understanding allows every student to participate and helps students experience the happiness through simple table tennis games. Also, from the result of games, they are able to learn the formation of personality, understand the importance of teamwork spirit and promote the development of social behavior. Thus, through instructional design, techniques and tactics are integrated into the games so that students can experience the joy of success, feel the fun of playing table tennis and then cultivate their lifelong habit of exercise.
