計畫行為理論在網路運動觀賞之探討

The Exploration of Theory of Planned Behavior in Online Sport Spectating

摘要


人們隨著生活品質的提高,更加追求休閒娛樂,運動觀賞就成為休閒活動的選擇,而近年的科技發展,人們使用網路的比例大大提升,加上近年受到新冠病毒的影響,許多現場觀賞轉變成使用網路觀賞,因應轉播型態及收看方式的轉變,運動產業應瞭解運動觀眾的行為意向,因此,本文彙整過去使用計畫行為理論的研究以作為網路運動觀賞的探討,並透過SWOT分析,探討理論內涵於網路運動觀賞的優劣,並提出策略以提升網路運動觀賞之人口,其策略包含:一、強化賽事轉播之功能性;二、建立社群,拉近與觀眾群的距離;三、邀請網路紅人代言;四、建立女性市場;五、增加賽事的能見度;六、增加相關研究。期盼進而提升全民使用網路觀賞運動賽事之風氣,促進運動參與程度,推動運動產業之發展。

As the rising of life quality, people pursue more on entertainment, so sports spectating becomes an option of entertainment. With the development of technology, the internet-using rate boosts greatly, and with the influence of COVID-19 in recent years, a lot of in-person spectating are transformed into online one. In face of the transformation in types of broadcasting and ways of spectating, sport industry should understand sport spectators' behavioral intention. Therefore, this thesis sorts the research using Theory of Planned Behavior to explore online sport spectating, discusses the theory applying to the pros and cons in online sport spectating with SWOT Analysis, and offers strategies to increase the population of online sport spectators, including: (1) reinforcing the functionality of match broadcasting, (2) creating communities to shorten the distance with spectators, (3) inviting internet celebrities to endorse, (4) establishing female markets, (5) enhancing the visibility of matches, and (6) increasing the number of relating research. We look forward to boosting the atmosphere that all people spectate online matches, facilitating sport participation, and promote the development of sport industry in turn.
