The Effectiveness of Using VR Assistive Training and Exercise Performance

運用VR輔助訓練及運動表現成效

摘要

Human beings have always been pursuing more efficient ways of learning and training, and sports are the most obvious evolution in this process. However, the cost and risk of learning a new skill can be a long and difficult process. A more ideal training method is one that allows users to quickly learn and use new skills and experience a sense of accomplishment and achievement. One of the most effective ways of learning is through immersive experiences. With the constant progress and evolution of technology, virtual reality is hailed as a potential most effective training aid. Studies have shown that virtual reality training not only replaces some costly training methods, but also effectively achieves good training results. Currently, many organizations in various fields have proposed using virtual reality VR technology to improve the work ability of employees, such as pilot training, surgical training, and athlete simulations. This research discusses the current applications and trends in various industries and is confident that the use of this technology will allow humans to progress in all fields in the future.
