家用除濕機產品造型設計之研究

A Study on the Product Form of Design for Dehumidifier

摘要


產品開發的導向與消費者喜好有著密切關係,企業為了取得競爭優勢,須不斷進行產品的研發,以維持消費市場的穩定性,因此,評估適當的設計因素並導入新產品開發,是非常重要的過程。本研究以除濕機家電產品設計為例,首先,以形態分析法列出目標問題的子系統、可變參數設置形態矩陣。其次,應用目標樹決策,找出主要功能及形態配置。之後再以限量性結構法(FSM)、關聯性激發機制法(STM)進行產品各主要構件之配置方式展開的形式,藉以提供概念產品之設計方針及目標,作為除濕機產品概念設計之標的。最後,再以名次計分法篩選最佳概念,以提供合理之設計方案。研究顯示,此流程之建立有助於將設計過程理性化,降低設計黑箱化的模糊地帶,提升產品開發成功機會及消費者滿意度。

Product development is connected to consumers' preferences. To stay competitive, companies keep researching and developing to maintain market stability, Evaluating appropriate design factors and open up new products are the important processes for Dehumidifier design. We mark problems and variables to set the matrix by Morphological Analysis, apply target tree to find out main function and configuration and then Use FSM and STM to conduct components' assignation for the design guidelines and goals. Rank scoring method filters the best concept to be the resolution. Establishing these procedures help design rationalization and reducing the blur area, promote successful development and satisfaction.
