摘要

本研究分別就Spa狀況、Spa涉入程度及生活品質量表針對台南地區三家水Spa業者之消費者作問卷調查分析，目的在探討Spa對消費者生活品質之影響。結果發現在涉入程度比例上，以中涉入者為多，高涉入者次之，低涉入者最少。大部份的Spa消費者都擁有不錯的生活品質水準。其中影響生活品質因素，包括年齡、婚姻狀態、子女狀態、教育程度、平均月收入、自覺工作或學習環境是否會帶來很大壓力及覺得目前生活快樂嗎等變項。Spa消費者使用Spa至今年數、每月使用Spa次數兩行為涉入變項對生活品質有顯著之影響。

We intend to survey the effects of spa occasion, spa involving tendency from the customers and living standard chart with questionnaire on the living quality at Tainan area, Taiwan. Comparative involving tendencies showed that medium tendency had the highest preference and then high tendency and followed by low one. Generally, most spa clients have the good living standard. The essential influential factors for the living quality of customers are age, marital status, number of children, educational level, average monthly income, work under pressure and good mood for living etc. Both of the number of yearly involving & every monthly spa consuming have great effect on the living quality of customers.
