摘要

「世界杯」可說是21世紀以來社會文明的「特有產物」。世界各地的球迷不分人種、不分宗教信仰，平等的透過足球藝術，溝通了人類的心靈，這就是世界杯足球賽席捲全球的關鍵和基礎。而在全球引頸僅期盼下與主辦國南非積極迎接盛會之同時，2010年世界杯足球賽已於2010年7月11日在南非圓滿落幕。本文透過紀錄與文獻回顧的整理方式，針對包括：主辦權、比賽場地、抽籤、賽事預算、參賽名單、裁判、比賽用球、吉祥物、主題曲、贊助商、比賽過程內容與成績、各類奨項、比賽相關事件等事項整理及逐一說明。
