An Investigation of the Behavioral Intentions to Use National Collegiate Sport Games Official Website- An Integration of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) & Information System Success Model (ISSM)

摘要

本研究主要以科以科技接受模式和資訊系統成功模式探討大專運動會官網使用意圖。以101年大專運動會選手為研究對象，採便利抽樣方式抽取280位大專運動會選手為研究樣本，總計回收280份，回收率達100%；而有效問卷數量為251份，有效問卷達89.6%。研究結果顯示：一、系統品質對認知有用性與認知易用性有顯著影響；二、資訊品質對認知有用性無顯著影響；三、資訊品質對認知易用性有顯著影響；四、 服務品質對認知有用性與認知易用性無顯著影響；五、認知易用性對認知有用性與使用態度有顯著影響；六、認知有用性對行為意圖有顯著影響；七、認知有用性對使用態度無顯著影響；八、使用態度對行為意圖有顯著影響，研究結果期能供運動賽會主辦單位設計官網系統上之參考。

The aim of this study is to investigate behavioral intentions in National Collegiate Sport Games official website using. This study selected convenience sampling for a questionnaire survey. There are 251 effective samples among 280 competitors in National Collegiate Sport Games (effective questionnaire recycling rate =89.6%). According to a theory of TAM and ISSM, the results of this study will be suggested as follows:1. System Quality has significant effect on Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use.2. Information Quality has no significantly effects on Perceived Usefulness.3. Information Quality has significant effect on Perceived Ease of Use4. Service Quality has no significantly effects on Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use.5. Perceived Ease of Use has significant effect on Perceived Usefulness and Using Attitude.6. Perceived Usefulness has significant effect on Behavioral intentions.7. Perceived Usefulness has no significantly effects on Using Attitude.8. Using Attitude has significant effect on Behavioral intentions.
