台灣醫療美容觀光的服務需求與滿意度之研究-以高屏地區為例

Taiwan's Medical and Beauty Tourist Demand for Service and Satisfaction Study- A Case Study in Kaohsiung-Pingtung

摘要


本研究目的為了解不同背景變項參與醫療美容觀光之遊客對服務需求與滿意度感受之差異情形;以及探討參與醫療美容觀光之遊客服務需求與滿意度之相關情形。以參與高屏地區醫療美容觀光的108位遊客為研究對象。研究工具為自編「醫療美容觀光的服務需求及滿意度調查」問卷。資料處理採SPSS13.0版統計軟體進行描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析驗證所有問題,顯著性水準訂為α=.05。結果發現:1.不同性別對整體、專業、品質的服務需求的差異達顯著水準。不同年齡、月收入、資訊獲得對服務需求的差異則未達顯著水準。2.不同性別對整體滿意度,以及不同年齡對整體、行程規劃滿意度的差異達顯著水準。3.整體服務需求與整體滿意度呈現正低相關。

The purpose of this study were to understand the different background variables involved in medical and beauty tourist demand for services and satisfaction of any discrepancy between feelings ; And to explore the involvement of medical and beauty tourism service demand and satisfaction relevant circumstances. To participate in Kaohsiung-Pingtung area medical and beauty tourism 108 visitors for the study. The study instrument was adapted self-make ”medical and beauty tourism service demand and satisfaction survey” questionnaire. With SPSS 13.0 for windows statistical software version as the data compilation and statistical analysis, statistical methods of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis, significance level set at α = .05. The results showed that: 1. Different sex on the whole, professional, quality service demand difference was significant level. Different age, monthly income, information gain were not significant level. 2. different gender on overall satisfaction, as well as different age on the whole, trip planning satisfaction difference were significant level. 3. overall service demand and overall satisfaction showed a low positive correlation.
