摘要

本篇個案報告為協助一位初次罹患急性前壁心肌梗塞病人於急診之照護經驗，護理期間自105年8月17日至105年8月19日。本研究採用Gordon十一項功能性健康型態為評估架構，藉由訪談、身體評估及查閱病歷等方式進行資料收集，以了解個案之生理及心理層面問題，包括急性疼痛、潛在危險性心肌損傷、焦慮等健康問題。再者，運用Watson關懷理論作為護理照顧原則，期望藉由個案在急診就醫的黃金時期，於護理過程中，運用專業知識及關懷照護，讓個案的疼痛不適感及焦慮獲得改善，並能回歸工作崗位，以提供照護初次罹患急性心肌梗塞病人之參考，進而提升急診照護之品質。

The aim of this report is to present a nursing experience in caring for a patient with acute anterior myocardial infarction in the emergency care. The period of nursing care for this patient was from August 17, 2016 to August 19, 2016. This report used Gordon's 11-item Functional Health Assessment Guide as a framework and collected data by interviews, physical assessment and medical records etc. to assess patient's conditions of physiology and psychology, such as acute pain, potential risk of heart muscle injury, anxiety. Furthermore, Watson's caring theory and professional knowledge were applied to care a patient in the nursing process of emergency period. The result of this report was to improve patient's pain and anxiety and return to work. This report provides an excellent reference for newly diagnosed patients who are suffering from acute anterior myocardial infarction, and further improve the quality of emergency care.
