摘要

本文描述一位初次罹患乳癌個案接受粗針切片檢查及手術治療之護理經驗，護理期間於2019年09月23日至10月09日。筆者運用羅氏適應模式進行訪談、身體評估、查閱病歷與護理評估方式，確認個案有「急性疼痛、焦慮、身體心像紊亂」等健康問題。個案在病房的照護延續至門診，經由主動關懷、傾聽，並給予適當的護理計劃與措施，使個案身、心不適獲得緩解，讓其再度返回規律的生活，以維持其生活品質。期望提供照護初次罹患乳癌病人之參考，進而提升門診照護之品質。

This article describes the nursing experience of a first-time breast cancer patient who underwent biopsy and surgical treatment from 23 September to 09 October 2019.The author uses Roy's adaptation model for interviews, physical assessment, medical records and nursing evaluation, to confirm that the case has acute pain, anxiety, body image disorders and other health problems.The care of the case in the ward continues to the clinic, through active care, listening and appropriate care plans and measures, so that the case'spsychosomatic symptom discomfort can be alleviated and they can return to a regular life in order to maintain their quality of life.It is expected that this study will provide references for the care of first-time breast cancer patients, thereby enhancing the quality of outpatient care.
