This article describes the nursing experience of a first-time breast cancer patient who underwent biopsy and surgical treatment from 23 September to 09 October 2019.The author uses Roy's adaptation model for interviews, physical assessment, medical records and nursing evaluation, to confirm that the case has acute pain, anxiety, body image disorders and other health problems.The care of the case in the ward continues to the clinic, through active care, listening and appropriate care plans and measures, so that the case'spsychosomatic symptom discomfort can be alleviated and they can return to a regular life in order to maintain their quality of life.It is expected that this study will provide references for the care of first-time breast cancer patients, thereby enhancing the quality of outpatient care.
