增強式訓練對青少年女子籃球選手運動能力之影響

The Effects of Plyometric Training on Adolescent Female Basketball Players

摘要


籃球選手之肌力、爆發力、速度、敏捷性等運動能力為影響比賽勝敗的關鍵因素,選手擁有好的體能,才能發揮正常的技術水準,而體能要素在競技運動領域中是獲取勝利不可或缺的一環。探討是透過增強式訓練的方式,對於青少年女子籃球選手爆發力、心肺耐力、敏捷性以及平衡運動表現之影響。以30名國中的籃球隊女學生為實驗對象。採隨機分配實驗組與對照組,每組各15名選手,控制組只進行一般籃球專長訓練,而實驗組接受籃球專長訓練外,另額外接受每週兩次,為期十週之增強式訓練。實驗前須填寫家長同意書與健康狀況調查表,訓練內容採循序漸進式的訓練,但訓練總量(組數*重複次數)保持固定。受試者在訓練前後均進行運動能力檢測;來探討訓練的成效,運動能力檢測包含立定跳遠、垂直跳、T字敏捷、Y字平衡測試與20公尺折返跑。數據以SPSS統計軟體進行描述性統計,以獨立樣本單因子共變數分析比較各組訓練效果,統計顯著水準訂為p<.05。經十週增強式訓練後,結果顯示,經過訓練後,實驗組在立定跳遠、垂直跳、T字敏捷、Y字平衡測試與20公尺折返跑均優於對照組,且達到顯著水準(p<.05)。採用十週之增強式訓練對青少年女子籃球選手跳躍訓練,對於籃球選手的專項體能、跳躍參數、平衡感和心肺耐力有顯著的增進效果,可作為籃球選手強化體能及教練指導與訓練上的參考。

Basketball player's muscle strength, explosive power, speed, agility and other sports abilities are the key factors that affect the victory or defeat of the game. This study explores the effects of plyometric training on the explosive power, cardiorespiratory endurance, agility and balance performance of young female basketball players.30 female students on the basketball team of a national middle school are the subjects of the experiment. The experimental group and the control group were randomly assigned, with 15 players in each group. The control group only received general basketball expertise training, while the experimental group received basketball expertise training and an additional two days a week for ten weeks of plyometric training. Before the experiment, the subjects must fill in the parental consent form and the health status survey form. The training content adopts a step-by-step training. All subjects were tested before and after training; to explore the effectiveness of training, the testing of exercise capacity included standing jump, vertical jump, T-test, Y-balance test and 20-meter multistage shuttle run. All test data are descriptive statistics with SPSS statistical software, and the training effects of each group are compared by multivariate independent sample single-phone covariate analysis, and the statistical significance level is set as p<.05.After ten weeks of plyometric training, the results showed that after training, the experimental group outperformed the control group in, and reached a significant level (p<.05). The ten-week plyometric training is used for jumping training for young female basketball players. It has a significant effect on the basketball players specific physical fitness, jumping parameters, balance and cardiorespiratory endurance. It can be used as a reference for basketball players to strengthen their physical fitness and coach guidance and training.
