摘要

生命真善美釋論旨在釐清生命價值與意義，首應建立生命本身之身心靈的健康快樂上，再次追求生命之外的其他事物，生命是主體，身外之物是客體，主客價值的先後次序確立後，做好生命管理包括空閒管理－天、人、地及時間管理，善用時間因果律，再次言及生命之美學理念及生命境界，這是生命層次從貪嗔癡領域的躍升，是生命圓滿境界的象徵。
