傳統儒家思想對現代企業管理之運用－以北京同仁堂粵華藥店為例

摘要
中華文化中的儒家思想，雖然有封建時代烙印，側重於先驗主義的哲學思辨，但我們若本著批判、繼承、弘揚的精神，取其精華、棄其糟粕，就可而達到古為今用之目的，尤其儒家管理哲學，運用到今天的經濟和社會發展中，可補西方管理哲學因注重工具性和實用性，忽略價值觀及和諧目標而產生之金融危機，並為現代企業管理的發展提供思想資源。本論文以中國儒家管理哲學為基礎，運用了文獻收集法、個案研究法、深度訪談法、SWOT分析法對中國儒家管理的現代化進行研究探討。從儒家管理哲學的內容，儒家思想與現代管理的關係，以儒家管理哲學經營成功之案例—北京同仁堂粵華藥店作論據，讓儒家管理哲學的智慧與價值成為現代企業的活力，對二十一世紀的文明做出貢獻。

Confucianism in Chinese culture, although it is branded in the feudal era, focuses on the philosophical speculation of transcendentalism. However, if we take the essence of criticism, inheritance and promotion, and take the essence and discard its dross, we can achieve the ancient and modern use.
