摘要

「性別平權」是二十世紀興起的普世價值，原本在台灣的教科書中也曾提及，但在生活中卻未曾認真實踐。近十年來，隨著女權運動高漲，性別平權議題一再走上街頭，終於讓社會逐步正視性別差異所帶來的不平等待遇，當學校教育「性別平權」的同時，內政部也在建構「性別平權」的環境，本應好事一件，卻在內政部公佈「傳統喪葬儀節順應性別平等之調整作法」後，引起國人疑慮，國家的法律條文是否能規定到死後的世界？陽間的調整作法能否讓陰間的鬼神所接受？故「性別平權」議題對傳統文化產生不小的衝擊。

＂Gender equality＂ is a universe value. It has mentioned in Taiwan text book, but never fulfil it. In the past ten years, along with the increase of women's wright, the issue of gender equality have repeatedly shown to everyone. Because of that, this society gradually take the inequality caused by gender difference seriously. While school educating ＂gender equality＂, ministry of the interior is creating the environment of ＂gender equality＂. It would be a good thing. But after ministry of the interior public ＂Low of the Traditional funeral culture change for gender equality＂, trigger people's doubt. Shall the world after die ruled by a country's law? Can the nether world accept the change of this world? So the issue of ＂gender equality＂ bring not only a small strike to traditional culture.
