儒家在生態倫理之哲學論述

摘要

作為華人文化主流的儒家，在面對新時代的課題──環境倫理學，有其責無旁貸的義務。因此，在儒學相關的理論論述，如何從傳統的價值體系當中梳理與自然環境相呼應的概念脈絡，是本文研究的主要重點。研究的主軸是側重在傳統儒家源頭的經典《論語》、《孟子》在生態倫理方面的文字之重新詮釋，主要是嘗試用「非人類中心主義」的立場來看待人與動物的這層相互關係為基調，在論述當中參照西方學者的觀點，尤其是涉及到生態資源這一領域。

Confucianism, as a mainstream of Chinese culture, facing an issue of new generation - Ecological ethics (Eco-ethics) - has its inescapable obligation. Therefore, the main idea of this study is to reorganize between traditional value system and the concept of natural environment, at the discussion about Confucian theory. The study puts emphasis on reinterpreting the origin of traditional Confucian, classics like The Analects and Meng-zi, tring to use the position of ”non-anthropocentrism” to research the relationship between people and animals, and applying Western scholars' views involving the part of ecological resources.
