Children Do Not Lose Their Human Rights by Virtue of Passing through the School Gates-A Discussion of Children's Survival in Taiwan

This article portrays many practical instances of difficulty in surviving that school children in Taiwan are faced with. The Convention on the Rights of the Child states that the student is the purpose of education. This article points out the urgency of enacting a law to uphold student rights.
