教保服務人員對學前一般幼兒與特殊幼兒性教育態度之調查研究

A Study on Attitudes toward Sexuality Education for Normal Preschoolers and Special Needs among Preschool Educators in Taichung City

摘要


多數的臺灣父母不會和子女討論與性相關的話題,幼兒時期對性的疑問不只是單純的好奇,還有許多錯誤模仿和困惑需要教保服務人員教導、糾正,因此更顯得學前性教育的重要性。本研究旨在瞭解臺中市幼兒園教保服務人員對於幼兒性教育的態度,並分析不同背景之教保服務人員,在教導一般幼兒與特殊幼兒性教育之態度和對幼兒性教育課程內容看法上的差異情形。以問卷調查法,利用自編問卷為研究工具進行普查,以回收之818份有效問卷進行統計分析。研究結果如下:一、臺中市公私立幼兒園的教保服務人員在教導一般幼兒與特殊幼兒性教育的態度以及對幼兒性教育課程內容的看法皆趨於正向,但對幼兒階段,要接受哪些性知識與觀念,有不一樣的看法和標準。二、在教導一般幼兒與特殊幼兒性教育的態度以及對幼兒性教育課程內容的看法方面,有修習過性教育相關科目較沒有修習過,以及近五年內有參與過性教育相關進修活動較沒有參與過的教保服務人員正確、積極正向並符合教學目標。依據上述結果提出研究建議,期能提供幼兒園規劃一般幼兒與特殊幼兒性教育課程之參考,以落實學前幼兒之性教育。

Most Taiwanese parents do not discuss sex-related topics with children, childhood sexual questions are not just a simple curiosity, many error imitation and confusions need to preschool educators correct. Therefore even more the importance of sexuality education in preschools. The purposes of this study was to explore the attitudes of preschool educators at certified kindergartens and nursery schools in Taichung City toward sexuality education for normal preschoolers and preschoolers with special needs, and to analyze the differences in preschool educators among various backgrounds. The questionnaire survey method was adopted. Through literature review, "The Scale of Attitudes toward Sexuality Education for Normal Preschoolers and Preschoolers with Special Needs among Preschool Educators" were developed to collect empirical data. A total of 1,381 questionnaires were distributed using the general sampling method, and 975 responses were collected. Excluding invalid responses, 818 valid responses were obtained. The responses were later analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The main findings are as follows: 1. The results of all sections of "The Scale of Attitudes toward Sexuality Education for Normal Preschoolers and Preschoolers with Special Needs among Preschool Educators" indicate that preschool educators in Taichung City hold a positive attitude toward sexuality education. But the curriculum of preschoolers sexuality education, there are different views and standards. 2. Preschool educators who are "learned subjects of sexuality education" and "participated in training activities of sexuality education within near 5 years" have more positive attitudes toward in the subscale of "teaching sexuality education for normal preschoolers", "teaching sexuality education for preschoolers with special needs" and "opinions on curriculums of sexuality education for preschoolers". According to above result, to submit suggestions and hope it be as referrence, kindergarten and nursery schools plan to curriculum of sexuality education for normal preschoolers and preschoolers with special needs, in order to carry out the sexuality education to preschool.
